Product Samples

Samples are provided for regular clients on a loan basis for up to one month. Longer periods may be available depending on factory’s sample policy. We reserve the right to charge for samples, at regular price and all associated shipping costs on the 31st day of possession. Pre-production samples can be requested for a nominal cost.

Products Ordered

For regular orders, a 5% overrun/underrun is our normal agreement with most factories and our clients are billed for all goods shipped.

MilesPM.ca is committed to the highest standards of customer satisfaction. All products ordered are physically inspected prior to being shipped to our client to ensure accuracy and quality. On the off chance that we missed something, we replace or refund it as appropriate.
